Machine-tool grade linear guides, from our own plant.
HG, EG, MGN and RG series with HG-standard mounting. Grinding, assembly and inspection under one roof, so the lead time is ours to control.
What are you building?
A machine builder, a distributor and a maintenance team specify the same guide in three different ways. Start from your side of the table.
Series
All products →
HG series
Four-row ball guide, 15–65 mm. The revenue core.

MGN / MGW
7–15 mm, all stainless. Gothic-arch four-point contact for small machines.

EG series
Low-profile ball guide, 15–30 mm. Built for high-speed automation and tight frames.

RG series
Roller guide, 25–65 mm. Line contact keeps deflection small under heavy cuts.
Special-purpose series
Four variants of the HG platform, each solving one specific problem on the axis.
| Series | What it solves | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| PG | Position feedback built into the rail — no separate glass scale | Long-travel gantries to 30 m, 5/10 µm, dust and coolant |
| E2 | Self-lubricating cassette — no lube line, no oil disposal | Clean rooms, hard-to-reach axes, dusty or wet machines |
| SE | All-metal end caps, heat resistance close to 150 °C, no outgassing | Diffusion furnaces, heat treatment, vacuum processes |
| Q1 | SynchMotion™ retainer — lower noise, less particle generation | Semiconductor, medical, high-speed low-noise axes |
Why buyers switch to us
Not because we are the cheapest on paper — because the mounting matches and the answer comes the same day.
Identical mounting
HGH/HGW hole spacing follows the HG standard. Existing drawings carry over, no redesign.
Our own grinding
We are not queueing behind another plant's backlog. Custom rail lengths from 100 mm.
Small batches
Trial quantities from one box, so a distributor can test a market without a container.
