MGN / MGW Miniature Linear Guide — 7 to 15 mm

A small, light guide for miniature machines. Block, rail and metal parts — balls, retainer, caps — are stainless steel, so it resists rust in humid rooms and washdown areas. The gothic-arch four-point contact carries load from every direction with high rigidity. MGN is the standard block, MGN-H is the extended block; MGW is the wide-rail version with more resistance to overturning moment.

MGW uses a wider rail at the same size number, so it resists overturning moment far better when the load sits off the rail centreline. Same stainless construction as MGN.

Reading the suffix

C is the standard block length, H is the extended block. H does not mean heavy duty — the load rating is set by the size and the ball circuit; the H body spreads the mounting load over a longer base. Preload for the miniature series is ZF / Z0 / Z1, accuracy C / H / P.
